Deepika reached out after seeing Sydney and Mike's wedding that we loved so much and actually booked us and The Lucy before they even got engaged because they knew they wanted to work with us no matter what and new an engagement was happening soon.
As we were getting closer to the date, COVID restrictions had tighten and so they decided on an intimate backyard wedding. The day of we made sure we stayed our distance while setting up the ceremony structure and once it was all over we waited for the family to clear so we could safely take the structure down. It was such a special day during a hard time and we are so happy that we could be apart of it!
Deepika wore a gorgeous pale blue BCBG Max Azria tulle dress that so effortless complimented the flowers.
DESIGN
For florals we had monochromatic whites and lush green foliage! In Deepika's bouquet and ceremony arch we included big headed roses, anemones, early spring blooms, blooming branches, lisianthus, eucalyptus for lots of texture and movement.
Deepika and Mike's floral vibe was to go elegant and light with a mix of modern garden and lux. We wanted a statement arch with big fluffy blooms and draping florals full, but not messy foliage to create movement.
EVENT
While it was a very intimate gathering of close family, they had about 75 other households watching virtually through zoom so friends and families could share their special day together until they are able to celebrate all together.
Even Domino got all dressed up in his special bandana for the day!
